The World
Starbreak Universe is a fictional idol world — a place where the stage is everything, and everything has a price. It borrows from the structure and culture of real idol industries: the training systems, the agency contracts, the parasocial fan relationships, the manufactured perfection.
Then it pushes further. Into the scandals that get buried. The rivalries that never make the press. The people behind the scenes who hold more power than any idol ever will.
It is not a love letter to the idol industry. It is something more complicated than that.
The Industry
Idol agencies control everything — image, choreography, contracts, media exposure, and public narrative. Trainees enter the system young and emerge either as polished performers or as cautionary tales nobody talks about.
Fan culture is volatile. A single post can end a career. The ones who survive longest are rarely the most talented. They're the most careful.
